Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience on RozgarLocal. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them.

1. General Policy

All payments on RozgarLocal are processed through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both job seekers and employers while ensuring the sustainability of our Platform.

As a general rule, fees for digital services rendered are non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Category Unlock Fee

The category unlock fee grants you access to all jobs within a category for 10 days. This fee may be considered for a refund if:

Application fees are charged when you submit a job application. These fees are strictly non-refundable because:

5. Job Posting Fee (Employers)

Employers pay a one-time fee to post a job listing. This fee may be refunded if:

Once a listing is approved and goes live, the posting fee is non-refundable.

6. Technical Errors and Double Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error, or if your payment was deducted but the service was not activated, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate or failed charge.

Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference number (from Razorpay) and a description of the issue.

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log into your RozgarLocal account.
  2. Go to your Dashboard → Support or Help section.
  3. Submit a refund request with:
    • Your registered email address
    • The Razorpay payment ID (found in your email receipt)
    • The amount paid and date of transaction
    • Reason for the refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
